Fund your Perfect Money/PAYEER wallet with Bitcoin, and make money

If you’re a verified PAYEER account holder, you can fund your wallet with Bitcoin and sell it for profits.

When it comes to verification, PAYEER is very strict, accepting only plastic national ID cards, or better, international passports. Then you need a neat, clean proof of address. Verification is necessary only if you want to have access to other premium services rendered by PAYEER; if all you want is to send and receive monies, verification/personalization isn’t necessary.

As it was said earlier, you can fund your PAYEER account with Bitcoin. In fact, there are over 150 ways to fund your PAYEER account, including, OKPay, ADVcash Swift, Qiwi, Master Card, Visa Card, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, PAYEER, Exchangers, etc.

Your PAYEER MasterCard can be used for online payment, where your local bank MasterCard is rejected. You can also use it in more than 200 countries, even on their ATMs.

Last week we revealed how you can get a PAYEER MasterCard in Nigeria.

You can also fund your Perfect Money account with Bitcoin and sell to us to make money.

This is a world of opportunities.

8 Ways Exchangers Can Make Their Customers Very Happy

 INSTANT FUNDING
This is the most important factor that makes an exchanger’s customers’ happy. It doesn’t matter whether a customer needs their money now or not. Just pay them instantly when they sell e-currency to you. It’s clear that a customer who gets his money within 15 minutes would be happier than a customer who gets his money within 24 hours or 3 days.

We’re able to gain more and more customers because we endeavor to process their orders quickly, even when it’s not always convenient for us.

GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Because they’re big, some exchangers won’t answer your calls and will never call you back No matter what happens, a customer would be happy if they know their calls would always be picked. Even we like to return calls from customers, especially when we see that they’ve been trying to reach us. It makes a customer feel appreciated when they’re called personally to be updated on some new services rendered by the company. Customers feel good when they know they can talk to the owner of an exchange business directly. An owner of an exchange business should not be too big to talk to customers.

For example, Access Bank calls us when we have issues with them or when they want to know how we feel about an issue that was solved some time ago. Is any exchanger as big or as rich as Access Bank? Do they have as many customers as Access Bank? The bank calls because they know that customers are the ones helping them to grow and make money. As an exchanger, you need to know that whatever you might have become now, that’d be impossible without the patronage of your customers.

24/7 SERVICES
When customers know that they can still do business with you on Saturdays, and even Sundays; when they know they can do business with you in the dead of night, they feel happy. Some customers require urgent/emergency processing of orders, and they won’t like the idea of not being able to reach their exchangers on weekends or at nights.

For example, we’ve a customer whose kid got suddenly sick on a Saturday evening. The kid was rushed to a hospital and the dad was asked to make some deposit for treatment. Since the dad (a customer) did not have money, he contacted us via WhatsApp around 1.30 AM to sell some e-currency. He explained what he was passing through. After he forwarded the e-currency, he got paid with 6 minutes. He was able to forward some money to the hospital’s account.

What would happen if the exchanger is someone that switches off their phones and communication channels and services on weekends, when a customer needs their services desperately and urgently? We wonder why exchangers go off on weekends when their e-currency providers and banks allow weekend transactions.

This has nothing to do with how beautiful your website is. It got nothing to do with you automated orders. Buyers and sellers are humans. Beneficiaries of buying and selling of e-currencies are humans, not software. Treat your customers like honorable individuals, not like numbers.

For us, if we’re not going to be around because of certain reasons, we let our customers know that; plus the time when we’ll open for business again.

GOOD RATES
Customers would be happy when they sell e-currencies at good rates. Buyers are glad when they’re able to save some money from their e-currencies purchases, as compared to other exchangers

EFFECTIVE REFUND POLICY
Customers are always encouraged to contact their exchangers before buying and selling e-currencies. We don’t encourage automated buying and selling… It’s just like doing things blindly and it doesn’t make sense to us. When customer sends money to you to buy an e-currency which you don’t have, then simply refund them. Don’t hold their money until you’re able to get e-currency to sell (unless they willingly agree to that). When someone forwards e-currency to you and you’re not ready to buy, then forward it back to them.

A long time ago, someone sent money to us to buy e-currency. We tried to sell to him, but we discovered that his e-wallet account was barred from receiving funds. We contacted him immediately and sent his money back to him. Later, when he resolved the issue with his wallet, he sent us the money again, we processed his order successfully and then notified him. Later we found out that he was soldier! But gladly, we won his trust. Serve all your customers in most transparent way, for you don’t know who’s who.

Someone sent us $450 worth of e-currency, which we were not buying at that time. We forwarded it back to him. That person was hooked and he’s brought more customers to us, who were previous victims of online scammers.

HONESTY
As an exchanger, let your “yes” be your “yes” and your “no” be your “no.” Do whatever you say you’re going to do. If you can’t keep a promise to yourself, you can’t keep it to anybody else.

Some people think that aggressive marketing is the only way for them to grow their business. They’re wrong! If you’re a bad exchanger, you’ll soon be famous for bad business habits. Honesty is the most important secret that would make your exchange business grow in the long run. Tell your customers the truth, whether they want to hear it or not: They’ll later appreciate you for that. Without honesty, we’d go to jail (apart from ruining our own business).  But with honesty, we’d eventually realize our business aims and ambitions.

WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE, CARRY YOUR CUSTOMER ALONG
Sadly, there are times (though rare) when instant cash transfers fail due to errors/issues with our bank or the recipients’ banks. When this happen, we’re often the one to notify the customers, when they can’t get their money within one hour. We constantly contact our bank and work with them to ensure that the issue is resolved as soon as possible, and we update the customer, carrying them along until they get their money.

APPLY THE GOLDEN RULE
This is one of the best mindset an exchanger can have. “Love your neighbor as yourself” or “Do unto others what you’d like them to do to you.” The world of business would be a far better place if you treat your customers as you would want to be treated, if you’re also a customer to an exchanger.

Put yourself in your customers’ shoes and ask: “If I was a customer of an exchanger, how would I like to be treated in this situation?” Would I be happy if another firm treats me the way I’m treating my customers? Give yourself an honest answer and treat your customers in a way that would make their hearts pray for you.

When Neteller banned our accounts, we made sure that we paid all our customers who sold to us that day. Because of our Instant Funding policy, we’d paid about 95% of them before our accounts got banned. There were customers who got paid in millions of Naira, and we delibrately bore the costs and losses in order to make sure that we maintain a clean conscience.

Though many exchangers are older and richer than us, you can’t see any customers complaining about us online.

Exchangers shouldn’t be proud, wicked, selfish, and egocentric. Good name is better than silver and gold.

Acquisition of Nigerian passports – one of Nigerians’ worst nightmares

Is this one of the biggest scams perpetrated by the Federal Government?

A Nigerian passport is perhaps, the most important national identification document a Nigerian can possess, it is one of the least powerful passports in the world because of the bad international image of the country, augmented by corrupt leadership.

Yes, corrupt people are encouraged because the punishment is light.

Now, to go to the real issue…. I applaud the effort of the federal Government and the Nigerian Immigration Services, as far as issuance of passports is concerned… But there are anomalies.

1.      Why can’t a Nigerian passport be made to be valid for 10 years? Countries with less population issue passports with 10 years validity. Then why is Nigeria different? Given our ever exploding population, and the morbid stress of passport acquisition process, why can’t they make it 10 years validity? A person goes thru stress of application for passport; only come back for another battles 5 years later. Does the government derive pleasure in people’s suffering?

2.      Why would a newborn baby, kids and innocent children go through the rigors of getting passports? This is wicked in my view. Why can’t minors get covered by their parents’ passports? Is the government doing this in the name of making as much money as possible?

3.      Why has the government increased the passport fees when the process has become more cumbersome, stringent, painstaking and hassled?

4.      Don’t the government know that the population is increasing? Can’t they do something to make acquisition of passports easier and easier? Why can’t they come with creative approaches? Can’t they create more and more passport acquisition centers?

5.      Why would many people apply for passport and have to wait for months because there are no booklets? Why can’t the government look for ways to make the booklets become more and more abundant, since they’ve made it a big business?

6.      When the government is complaining about the scarcity of dollars, as one of the reasons for booklet scarcity, would they say that they can’t get dollars at the official rates they set? I think black market rates are for citizens who don’t have any choice. But what about the government getting dollars at official rates? Why would they be affected by the problems they created themselves?

7.      Why would “scarce” booklets be reserved for some people in the corridors of power and their favored acquaintances, plus those who pay very high fees?

8.      Why can’t they cancel the mythical 64-page booklet if it’s not available and would hold innocent applicants to ransom for “many” months?

9.      Why can’t an expired passport be simply renewed? Why would a person need to reapply after 5 years, as if applying new?

10.  Why can’t they put at least, another stand-by printer at a center? Why would activities at a center halt because a printer is faulty and there’s not competent engineer around?

Clearly, it’s the government that has created problems for people, as far as passport acquisition is concerned. They increased the fees, refuse renewal, refuse to increase passport validity period, require innocent minors to go through the ordeal of passport application, and they know booklets are scarce.

Is the population too big for the government to handle with their current level of short-sightedness?

No doubt, the government has turned passport acquisition into a serious money-making business, while their customers (citizens) go through hell to obtain what they’re entitled to.

Daily analysis of major pairs for March 20, 2017

The EUR/USD went north last week – just as it was predicted. Although the market went south on Monday and Tuesday, it went northward in the last few days of last week. Price went briefly above the resistance line at 1.0750 and later closed below it on Friday. This week, some vivid correction is expected, for the outlook on EUR is bearish for the week.

EUR/USD: The EUR/USD went north last week – just as it was predicted. Although the market went south on Monday and Tuesday, it went northward in the last few days of last week. Price went briefly above the resistance line at 1.0750 and later closed below it on Friday. This week, some vivid correction is expected, for the outlook on EUR is bearish for the week.

USD/CHF: This pair moved sideways from Monday till Wednesday and then plummeted on Thursday. Price went down by 150 pips, testing the support level at 0.9950. The USD/CHF is supposed to continue going downwards as long as the EUR/USD is going upwards, although things may reverse this week.

GBP/USD: As it was anticipated, the Cable went upwards last week. A factor that was responsible for this is the weakness in USD, for the Cable is weak in its own right. From the accumulation territory at 1.2150, price went upwards by 250 pips, closing at 1.2395, after testing the distribution territory at 1.2400. This week, there could be a reversal in the market, especially when USD shows some strength.

USD/JPY:  This currency trading instrument went sideways in the first few days of last week, and then dropped like a stone. What brought about this is the weakness in USD, which brought about the southwards journey in the market. Price went south by 220 pips last week, and further southwards journey is possible. However, there could be a rally before the end of the month, for the outlook on JPY pairs is bullish.

EUR/JPY: This cross pair consolidated to the downside last month. Apart from this, the overall movement was essentially flat. The fact that the cross did not trend upwards last week, reveal some hidden stamina in JPY. This week, more consolidation would bring about a neutral outlook on the market, although it is possible that JPY pairs would rally soon.

Weekly Trading Forecasts for Major Pairs (March 20 -24, 2017)

Here’s the market outlook for the week:

EURUSD
Dominant bias: Bullish
This pair trended downwards on March 13 and 14, testing the support line at 1.0600. From the support line, price rose by 180 pips, going briefly above the resistance line at 1.0750 and then closing below it on Friday. The bullish signal is still in place, and further rise in price may be witnessed this week, which would enable price to go above the resistance line at 1.0750 again. However, it is also possible that EURUSD would trend downwards before the end of this week.

USDCHF
Dominant bias: Bearish
As it was forecast last week, the weakness in greenback has caused USD/CHF to fall (as well as the bullishness of EURUSD). Price consolidated from Monday to Wednesday, and later plummeted on that day, to form a strong Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market. The support level at 0.9950 has already been tested. As long as EURUSD is going up, USDCHF would be going down. On the other hand, whenever EURUSD showcases conspicuous weakness, USDCHF would rally seriously (something that may happen this week or next).

GBPUSD
Dominant bias: Bullish
The main reason why Cable was able to rally last week was because USD became week. Before that, bears had met some impediment at the accumulation territory of 1.2150; a territory from which price rose 250 pips to test the distribution territory at 1.2400. There is already a bullish outlook on the market – which would continue to hold out as long as USD is weak enough to allow further rally. Any show of strength in USD would send Cable tumbling.

USDJPY
Dominant bias: Bearish
In the last weekly forecast, it was mentioned that any show of weakness in USD would render bullish effort invalid in this market. That was exactly what happened: From the beginning of the week till March 15, price was consolidating. However, price began to trend downwards as USD became weak. There was an overall bearish movement of almost 250 pips last week, between the supply level at 115.00 and the demand level at 112.50. This week, further downwards movement is possible, but not without a possibility of a rally this week or next.

EURJPY
Dominant bias: Neutral
Last week, this cross moved slightly southward by some 150 pips. This contrasted with the recent bullish bias, thus creating a short-term neutral bias on the cross. On Friday, the cross closed around the demand zone at 121.00. Further southward effort may bring price towards another demand zones at 120.50 and 120.00. But it should be noted that the outlook on JPY pairs is bullish, and they would rally before the end of March 2017, especially when JPY itself becomes weak.

This forecast is concluded with the quote below:

“Isn't it time you took control of your own trading? Somewhere inside you there is a brilliant trader wanting to come out.” – Louise Bedford
