GameStop price: GME to start a serious bearish movement

GameStop shares (NYSE:GAME) have recently enjoyed a parabolic rise in price, which is purely unsustainable. Following several months of a strange consolidating movement, the market skyrocketed from around 4.00, almost reaching 500.00. Then that was followed by a noticeable correction.

 

The Bollinger Bands is in a big bounce and price has gone far above it, signaling a correction. The Parabolic SAR also has appeared above the price, supporting the coming deep correction.

 

The kind of gamble that is currently seen on GAME does not have any solid fundamentals to sustain it, and therefore, the support level at 50.00 is the target for the 2021.

Annual forecast for Google - Alphabet (2021)

Alphabet Inc. stock (NASDAQ:GOOG) is currently experiencing a bearish correction, following a recent bullish journey. The bullish bias remains in place, unless price drops below the demand level at 1700.00.

In fact, 1700.00 is the target for sellers for this year. By then, the ADX period 14, which is currently around the level 20, should have reached the level 30. –DM, meaning a rise in the momentum, which is somewhat below +DM would have gone above it (“sell” signal).

 

The MACD default parameters, which now has its signal lines and histogram above the zero lines, would have had its signals line and histogram below the zero line. That would be a Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the chart – a bearish signal.

Annual forecast for S&P 500 (2021)

S&P 500 price (SPI:SP500) has already generated a bearish signal, following a recent bullish movement, which started in November 2020.

 

Price has crossed the EMA 21 to the downside and the Williams’ % Range period 20 is now sloping towards the oversold region.

 

The market closes below the EMA 21 and the Williams’ % Range goes into the oversold region = Sell signal.

 

The outlook for S&P 500 is bearish for the year 2021, as price would seriously go into the oversold territory.

Annual forecast for Facebook (2021)

Facebook stock (NASDAQ:FB) is not an attractive market at all. Price is quite choppy and it is now caught in an equilibrium zone. Since June 2020, the equilibrium movement has started and it makes price oscillate between the upper and the lower Trendlines.

 

The RSI period 14 is also between the levels 40 and 50; again with no directional movement. It is better to stay away from this market until there is a directional movement. That will be achieved once price goes above the upper Trendline and the RSI is going towards the overbought region; or when price goes below the lower Trendline and the RSI is going towards the oversold region.

 

This year, the possibility of FB going south is higher than its possibility of going north. That is because price has already tested the lower Trendline (though unable to break it to the downside); and the RSI period 14 is kind of titled to the downside.

Annual forecast for Gulf Keystone (2021)

Gulf Keystone shares (LSE:GKP) are very strong right now and they will become stronger and stronger for most part of 2020. The bullish momentum has become very prominent since the recent bearish trend ended in November 2020. The bullish movement that has been witnessed in this month of January 2021 has been quite spectacular as price jumps upwards on a serious buying pressure.

This year GKP might reach the supply zones at 200.00, 400.00 and 600.00. Those are the targets for the year 2021.
