Microsoft Corporation shares (NASDAQ:MSFT) are strictly bearish. The market is choppy and ugly, not attractive to buyers. Most traders would be whipsawed here.
4 EMAs are used for this analysis and they
are EMAs 10, 20, 50 and 200. The color that stands for each EMA is shown at the
right hand side of the chart.
All the EMAs are currently sloping downwards,
as price has remained bearish since December 2021. Even the rally that was
witnessed in March 2022 did not last long.
MSFT is now below the EMA 10, and any movements towards the EMAs 20 and even 50
would signal better opportunities to go short again.
The bias on the market is bearish for this year, and the accumulation regions
of 250.00, 200.00 and 150.00 would be tested.
