Easyjet stock (LSE:EZJ) has crashed and the crash has
created a long-term downtrend, which is supposed to continue till the end of
this year.
4 EMAs are used for the strategy and they are EMAs 10, 20,
50, and 200. The color that stands for each EMA is shown at the top left side
of the chart. All the 4 EMAs are sloping downwards, signifying a serious
downtrend in the market.
The stock made a rally attempt in August, only to crash
further in September… And the situation remains on. Any upwards bounce that is witnessed on
Easyjet would merely result in a nice opportunity to short further. This is
what the price action is currently revealing.
Easyjet is expected to crash further downwards, reaching the
support levels at 900.00, 850.00 and 800.00 before the end of the year.
This forecast is ended by the quote below:
“Here’s an
interesting statement: In terms of price range, we are currently experiencing
the tightest volatility contraction since JFK was president. There have been
multiple generations of traders who have never seen volatility this tight.” - D. R. Barton, Jr.
