Barclays stock (LSE:BARC)
is not currently attractive, as price has been consolidating since December
2016. Prior to that month, the market was in an uptrend.
Price is almost neither
below nor above the EMA 21, and the Williams’ % Range period 20 is also neither
in the overbought nor in the oversold territory. Then where would price go this
year.
Barclays in neutral in
the short-term, but bullish in the long-term. The more the consolidation
persists, the more important the base is, and when there is a breakout, it is
most likely to be in favor of the bulls.
Barclays is expected to
go upwards by significantly this year, breaking the distribution territories at
250.00, 500.00 and 750.00.
